You should have received a blank order form from your coach, manager or organizer 1-2 weeks in advance of photo day. If you haven’t, please follow the instructions in the FAQ section to download the proper form. To make the photo day process as smooth as possible you should decide in advance what photos and products you wish to purchase. Details regarding all of our products can be found in the Products section of our website. Please complete the personal information and order sections of the order form completely and bring it with you on photo day. Please be sure to PRINT complete information legibly, especially if you are ordering personalized items. Your effort in this area will ensure that you receive your personalized items with the correct information.
When you arrive on photo day you should check-in at the NJ Sports Photo registration table with your completed order form and check or cash. An NJSP representative will review your order form, collect payment and return the form to you marked “paid”. At the registration table will be some extra order forms as well as displays of many of the products that we offer.
At this point you should find your team/coach and stay together as a group. The team/group will go together, first for the individual photos, and then to the group photo area. Even if a player is not having an individual photo taken they should be with the group at this time. Players will need their order form, marked paid, in their hands when they reach the photographers or they will not receive their photos.
On photo day there will be a NJSP site coordinator present to smooth the process and to answer any questions that might arise. After photo day questions can be directed to o firstname.lastname@example.org or 973-998-0497.
